  • All expenses incurred to bring the car back to its original state must be paid by the customer.
  • A VALID ID CARD such as passport, voter’s ID card or a National Identification Card is required.
  • Rented cars MUST be returned to the company by 8pm on the day of rental.
  • Passport size picture is required.
  • All our vehicles do not carry contraband goods such example weed, cocaine etc.
  1. Dispute Resolution: The primary contact for dispute resolution is our Incident Manager whose details can be found at the base of our website, ultimatecarrentalgh.com. Failure of the Incident Manager to resolve the for which the issue will be forwarded to Ghana’s dispute resolution procedures.
