Individuals Reservations

• Car must be driven by a license driver only

• The customer is expected to conduct a daily pre-start checks on the car before moving

• Car is in good condition and hence, any damage caused to it during it use must be reported instantly by the customer before any repairs can be done by the customer

• All expenses incurred to bring the car back to it original state must be paid by the customer.

• A VALID ID CARD such as passport, voters id card or a national identification card is required.

• Rented cars MUST be returned to the company by 8pm on the day of rental.

• Passport size picture is required.

• All our vehicles do not carry contraband goods such example weed, cocaine etc. 

• Vehicle should be returned washed

Definition of terms

License Driver: A licensed driver is someone with at least not less than two months valid Drivers and Vehicle License Authority duration and has held driver’s license for over two years.  

Daily pre-start check: the customer has to take the vehicle through proper checks; oil check, battery check, brakes and brake fluid, tires, radiator and other necessary checks before starting the car.

Fault payments: customers absorb expenses for all costs incurred when there are damages to the car.

Guarantors: guarantors for self-drives are individuals that are capable and willing to absorbing any damages to the vehicle including theft. 

Fault Report: Ultimate Car Rentals Ghana is the first point of contact if there is any fault found on the car whiles in use. 

Contraband Goods: any contraband goods found on the car is the responsibility of the client and not Ultimate Car Rentals.  

Fuel Policy: The vehicle comes at full tank and the client is expected to return it at full tank. 

Return the vehicle washed: the vehicle should be returned washed and in a condition ready for the next business.
